Councillor Tracey Hill

Tracey Hill is a Hollingdean resident and is the Council’s lead member for private rented sector housing. She is working on improving conditions for people living in rented homes, and addressing issues with houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs). She is Chair of the Brighton and Hove Fair Trade Steering Group and participates in many local activities including the Hollingdean Community Centre and the Hollingdean Lucky Dip.

Caroline PennCouncillor Caroline Penn

Caroline Penn is the Deputy Chair of the Children, Young People and Skills Committee. As lead for Mental Health, she has focused on improving the wellbeing of children and young people in the city. She has worked with the council, health partners and the Fire Service on campaigns against mental health stigma. A former IT specialist, Caroline is passionate about encouraging coding clubs in schools and boosting skills and apprenticeships.
